Team building. . .
Emphasizes cooperation and collaboration, rather than competition. We help individuals and teams reach beyond preconceived limits to accomplish the impossible. We create an environment for teams to unleash their potential by discovering specific strengths and weaknesses. Communication concepts are introduced through partner challenges and problem-solving activities that are seemingly impossible to accomplish, require cooperative efforts of the whole team, and allow for the creativity of multiple solutions.
Team building tools:
DiSC Personality Inventory, strategic planning sessions
Adventureworks programs accomplish specific objectives, using interactive group exercises, problem-solving challenges, facilitated discussions, group and individual reflection, feedback, ropes courses (also called "challenge ropes courses" or "challenge courses"), and personality profiles (including DiSC and Myers-Briggs Type Inventory).
Adventureworks offers executive leadership development, team development, effective communication skills workshops, diversity training, strategic planning, vision building, and conflict resolution facilitation. Workshops provide essential training and development that is firmly rooted in experiential, interactive methodologies.
Leadership training provides dynamic, interactive training where leaders learn about themselves as they learn to lead more effectively. Leadership sessions create opportunities to examine leadership and followership styles, give and receive productive feedback (360 feedback), acquire new leadership tools and strategies, and practice leading a team towards specific objectives.
Facilitated Corporate Meetings
Adventureworks facilitates vision-building and strategic planning sessions using interactive tools and activities that draw out the energy and creativity of your entire team. Optimize performance and productivity by generating enthusiasm and commitment from the whole team through active participation in setting and achieving group goals.
Ice breakers, Openers, Energizers
Synergizer and energizer sessions infuse energy and excitement into group or team meetings or events. Event kick-offs bring people together, strengthen relationships and break down barriers. Adventureworks works with large groups and small groups.
