What Adventurers Are Saying About Climb-Zip-Swing

"We found this on Groupon, having never visited the area we didn't know what we were singing up for. Once you're up in the air, it's higher and more challenging than it looks. The staff was extremely informative and so nice. They took great care of my kids. My daughter was scared and Chris stayed one on one with her conquering her fear. They stayed with my 9 year old the whole time so I had no worries. He wasn't scared for a second. I absolutely loved the staff, they made the day so much fun! "

mammajen80

"We visited here over the Memorial Day Weekend, and had a blast. My 8yr old son became afraid almost immediately and did not want to proceed and I could not get him to budge . Stephanie was beyond great with him and help him overcome his fears. She stayed with him, coaxed him, and went though many of the obstacles with him. He felt so accomplished. She was amazing. This allowed my husband and I do continue on the obstacles and zips ourselves. We were done early, and Chris met up with up and told us we missed many features and he took us back through to the parts we missed. He was also wonderful in helping us on one of the obstacles that had some moving logs we just could not get on our own. Wonderful place, shaded, excellent, and attentive staff. It was beyond our expectations. We can't wait to visit the area again. Adventureworks is def. on our list of returns."

TammyK613

"My best friend and I (two middle aged women) recently visited AdventureWorks and it was the highlight of our trip. Chris was excellent; very calm, encouraging, funny, and he stayed with us the whole time. He's a big monkey. Safety is first priority here and we felt very confident in their equipment and our training session. We did the Level 1 course which is lower in the trees than the Level 2 course. The course is so so full of obstacles that we didn't even have time to finish Level 1 because we had another appointment. You can explore your level and make choices of which way to go which is very nice. And a nice little perk is the awesome view of the mountains. I can't wait to go back and do it again."

PiperCW

"Looking at the site on arrival our thoughts were this was going to be a lame experience. Hardly so! They limit the number of people on the course and offer the climbs only three times per day as each adventure is two hours long. Because of the limitations the course is not overcrowded, no waiting. You can go any direction you want. They are very safety cautious and spend about 15 minutes giving a safety course which everyone should pay attention to. From ground level it doesn't look like much but once up there it is fairly high. We did both levels and both levels were challenging. The difference between the levels seemed to be height, for one, and zip lines. Level 2 had better zips. Each level had different challenges and choices of directions. The photos seen online don't do it justice. You don't have to be in great shape, but it does help. I would recommend it to everyone of any age. PS I am afraid of heights as was another in our party however, this course was slightly unnerving at first, but breezed through by the end. Just do it!"

Terrie D

"My 2 daughters, ages 21 & 15, used a Groupon to visit Adventureworks and try out the obstacle course and ziplines. The staff were great and very knowledgeable. They make sure that you are well briefed before you start the course. Shawn guided my girls through the course and they enjoyed themselves. Chris, Shawn, & Carlos were terrific. I highly recommend this attraction. When you first arrive, you might think this is a bummer, but once you get started, you will enjoy the challenge of the course. You will need a reservation, so make sure you call."

Gayle S

"Went with a group of 14 had a blast both levels of fun, level one and level two. Had kids from age 6 to 12; everybody enjoyed it. Made for a fun day."

Vaiden

"This was a great ropes course that we highly recommend. We had a groupon which made this a great deal. We have done a handful of other ropes courses in various cities and this one was fun because it had some different obstacles that we had not done before. We would definitely go back if in town."

dukegolfer

"My friend and I did the challenge course together. We had a great time, and it was really cool to be able to try something like this. The guides were all very good, and someone was always available if you ever needed assistance at any point of the course. Our particular guide, Sean, was very good. So if you're adventurous and enjoy challenging yourself, I would definitely recommend this place."

Kari1102

"Great experience with young children doing adventure sports for the first time. My wife had a blast as well!!"

drewford86

"This place is awesome! Our kids loved it (as did the parents) and had a great time. We had 4 teens,1 8 year old and 3 adults.
Stephanie was awesome and spent a lot of time helping and encouraging our youngest member.
They are very safety conscious but still manage to make it fun in the process.
Did I mention this place was awesome? The kids (even the grown ones) can't wait to go back and tackle the higher level!"

CBHaley

"Had an amazing time there with my girlfriend. Scary at first, but well worth it. The guide 'Chris' was awesome, couldn't have asked for a better one. Definitely will return on the next trip."

Chriffer88

"I went in a group of 5, at ages 13, 13, 15, 17 and i am 18. We all had a great time, even though I personally am super afraid of heights. The guides were great, funny and personable. We ordered levels one & two. My group had no problem, except for myself on level two. Having these troubles with fear, the guide Sean took me through with him while my group ventured on. Very safety cautious, as needed when you're maneuvering through treetops! We will be returning if/when we come back to Tennessee."

Rebecca S

"This was the first time I had ever ziplined. I have a fear of heights and am only 4'11" but was able to do the whole thing. We had a blast, none of the kids complained or had trouble and I don't think I'm afraid of heights any more. It was slightly raining but it in no way took away from the experience. The staff was very friendly, and safety oriented. Went with 2 teens a football player boy and a girl that doesn't like physical activity and both enjoyed it. We only did the first level but they offer 2. Would definitely do it again."

Regina D

"We had a super-fun, safe experience today at Adventureworks, all five of us, ages 10 - 41! The staff, Sean & Stephanie, were friendly and thorough. As a mom, I am very cautious ("Cautious" could be my middle name), yet my husband and I, along with the extra eyes & assistance of the staff, felt confident as our kids navigated the course. Stephanie could sense my initial nervousness, and so, followed my 13 year old daughter and I for the first couple of obstacles. By the end, we all felt like experts, and so far, this has been our favorite activity during our Smoky Mts. trip. It was very gratifying as parents to see our kids (10, 13, & 15) have to carefully follow all the rules and use their own logic and responsibility as they clipped and unclipped from obstacle to obstacle. How often do you get to hone those skills doing something so fun?! A great day, worth every cent."

thesmiths18

"We had a great experience! My husband, myself, along with two 13 yr old boys, were not sure what to expect since we had never done anything like this before. I am deathly scared of heights and with our instructor Sean's help, I was extremely reassured of our safety and Sean patiently walked me through each step to conquer my fear! Sean was EXCELLENT, "so cool" as our teenage boys described him. We connected with him immediately and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this to anyone - experienced or not."

"Chris and Candace were great help. It was our first time zip-lining and the overall experience was fantastic. Not too difficult to learn and a fun 2 hours!"

CaseyKyle

"I saw a review earlier saying that she was 5'2 and it was hard for her to clip her hooks to the lines. I'm 5'2 and it was just fine for me. Yes, sometimes I had stand on my tip toes but I was able to clip on to the lines. The team is great. The course was a blast!! I went with a group of my friends and we all loved it. Th place looked small but once your on it it's much bigger. If you haven't done an obstacle course before I'd say most def do it!!"

Leesh3

"This place was amazing!!!
The fact that this much fun was packed into such a small area was part of the allure. A hidden gem for sure, and the tour guide (Dexter) was just amazing. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining!!! Thumbs up"
